Statue of Liberty

Can someone please tell me what side of the ship the Statue of Liberty will be on when leaving port in NYC, departing for New England/Canada cruise. Thanks for info..............Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we have cruised out of NYC the Statue of Liberty has always been on the Starboard (right side) of the ship.

It was to the right of the ship when I left from NYC too. Even though I have seen the statue many times, it's really quite an impressive sight from the ship.

It's absolutely on the starboard side leaving NYC, the port side returning. A beauthiful sight!!!!!

Unless Lady Liberty is planning on taking a walk around New York Harbor, She will always be on your starboard side....If you have a Port side stateroom you'll have to be up pretty eary to see her though...when returning

I agree with you...Being an ex new yorker....you tend to take things for granted...having gone back a few times, you get a different perspective...she truly is a Grand Lady
