Spain Day Tours??

My wife and I just arrived home from a 13 day Spain intensive cruise and used Spain Day Touts for a trip to Alhambra from Malaga.  We are happy to report that we had a great tour.  The guide (Enrique) and driver (Francesco) were very professional and made sure we had the necessary information to keep us on time for our next stops.  Enrique was very good at telling us all about the sites and history of the route we travelled and was attentive to questions and our needs.  The local Alhambra guide we had (Roberto) was exceptional and well versed on the history and peculiarities of the site.  We were very pleased and highly recommend SDT services.

Was this a group tour arranged just within your ship? 
I hear good things about SDT - but you have to gather enough people. That is not always easy on some lines.I am glad it worked so well for you.

Hello,  the Spain Day Tour was not handled through our cruise.  It was just for cruise and since we had 8 in our group I coordinates all the tours with SDT, since they went to Portugal and Spain and they had their own air conditioned buses and their own tour guides.  On CruiseCritic you can post you have excursion setup and recruit others to join your group from your cruise,  I didn’t do that and I asked SDT to put us in a group of 15-18 and that kept us in a smaller group as opposed to going with Celebrity excursions which have closer to 45-50 passengers.
