I can only speak to my experience sailing on this ship in August. The ship is in great shape, the food is good (not great), there is an abundance of activities and the ports were great. The service was lackluster, in fact overall some of the worst service we've had at sea. And this was across the board - in restaurants, bars, with shore excursions and guest services. Staff did not seem engaged at all and were for the most part very grumpy. We did receive outstanding service from our room steward though. The entertainment was okay - it was odd because you have to made reservations for most shows. I don't think I would sail on Epic again, but still had a nice time. Any cruise is a good cruise!
