New to NCL

We are taking out first NCL cruise over Thanksgiving on the Epic. Our cruise experience has all been on Carnival (6). So, here are ?'s:

We got UBP as a promo... Does our sail n sign card get tagged, do we get a bracelet? How NCL know I have package? Yes, I'm aware of the gratuities involved w this-I already pd them.

Does NCL supply shampoo and conditioner in the stateroom showers?

Do we have to reserve tender spot for Cannes or just head to gangway and wait in line?

Welcome to NCL! I'm sure you're going to love your cruise - which ship are you going on?

For the UBP I believe your card is "tagged", but I'm sure others will correct me if I'm wrong. They provide shampoo, but only suites (Haven) get conditioner.

Have a great time; the Epic is a wonderful ship! Definitely bring your own conditioner, as they only provide shampoo.

Shampoo and shower gel in all staterooms but conditioner on in suite (not mini suites)

 

your cruise card will be tagged

 

And I believe that tenders are ticketed from what I've read
