Flight question? Dock at 7:30am and flight is 11:25am?

I am on the Disney Fantasy and we dock in Port Canaveral at 7:30am. If I book a flight at 11:25am out of Orlando airport, do you think that is cutting it too close?

Never been on a Disney cruise. Disney says 11:30am is the earliest but it's just 5 mins and they say they won't guarantee that I'll make my flight.

This is essentially a duplicate of your other post. We've been at MCO as early as 9:00, but we've also had cruises with delayed clearance where the "big doors" didn't open till after 9. Granted, those situations are rare, but they do happen.

Easiest way to get off fast--keep your luggage on the last night and wheel it off the ship yourself. You'll be allowed to depart a little earlier (sometimes 7:00), and no loss of time searching for luggage in the terminal. Of course if you are a single mom with a couple of little kids, this won't work well.

See my answer to your other post for a time line. Yes, 11:25 should be fine.
