Beach - dodgy mobility

I know there are plenty of threads about 'the must-visit beach' in Antigua, but I am getting myself confused over the most suitable options for those with dodgy mobility.

 

My number one requirement is gentle shelving in to/out of the water. Having had a recent hip op despite my youth (!), I am now fully recovered and fighting fit but have become anxious over sudden changes of surface underfoot; climbing out of the sea, and having a wave break at the same time could spell disaster. Two years ago, before my fall, we went to Valley Church, and although it is beautiful and we had a great time, I think it would be unsuitable now.

 

Number two requirement would be no jet-skis.
