Shore Excursions to Coki Beach/Coral World

Has anyone used Shore Excursions for the Coki Beach/Coral World excursion?

 

It's a 7.5 hour excursion. Our ship gets in at 8:00 and leaves at 5:00. Just wondering if it's cutting it too close to be back on board in time. :eek:

My daughter and I took a taxi to Coral World spent the rest of the day at Coki Beach. We did it on our own May 2012. Then taxi back to the ship.

I agree with DJ56. Take a taxi there. If the weather isn't to your liking or you are finished exploring the area, it is easy to take a taxi into town for some shopping or up to Paradise point & then take the tram down to board the ship.

There are many options that are very easy to do yourself.

 

I'll be there the day after you for the first time in a long time after living there for several years & am trying to plan our day. Taxis are plentiful at the port and at Coki so you should have no problem if you want to head somewhere else earlier. It is a short drive to/from Havensight where you will be docked.

The only 7 hour excursion I'd commit to is a trip to St. John.

We did it ourselves - look at my signature picture!

We went to Coral World first - they have restrooms and lockers for rent. We left stuff there and spent several hours on Coki. There are plenty of taxis - so no worries.
