I'm new to cruising on NCL. How do the dining packages work? If I buy a three meal package - are there are restrictions as to which restaurant I can eat a meal at? Or is it three meals at any specialty restaurant?

 

What is the on board price to eat at a specialty restaurant? I presume that there is a discount by pre-purchasing online?
