MaiTaiMary Posted October 2, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 2, 2015 Can older siblings check younger siblings in and out of Camp Carnival? Or does it need to be somebody 18+? Thanks.
khrivnak Posted October 2, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 2, 2015 The form you fill out when signing them up for camp carnival states it has to be someone 18+

vwrestler171 Posted October 4, 2015 #4 Share Posted October 4, 2015 You have to fill out the form as well, so if you don't put grandmas name on the form, then grandma can't check them out. Check in, they don't really care, but check out, the person has to be on the form.

PCHENG Posted January 7, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Only adults listed on the camp registration form can pick up the kids, and you must present your sail and sign card even if the counselor already recognizes you.
jakesnana Posted January 7, 2016 #7 Share Posted January 7, 2016 It may be different from ship to ship, but we had our 16 year old grandson on the list to pick up his younger siblings and they allowed it. He did pick them up several times.
Adge01 Posted January 7, 2016 #8 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Kids of a certain age can also sign themselves out. I think the minimum age is 10 but I could be wrong. If your child is that age you would just need to put on the registration form it is ok for them to sign themselves out. There is a section on the registration form addressing this. SmittyCo Posted January 10, 2016 #9 Share Posted January 10, 2016 You can sign the form that kids 8 and older can sign themselves in and out. If you don't want them doing that, then you have to give names of 18 years and older people to pick them up.
MimiMia Posted January 11, 2016 #10 Share Posted January 11, 2016 Someone 18+ has to drop off and pick up,they must be on the list to do both. A father attempted to drop off his son and was told he could not because he wasn't on the list to do so.
MaiTaiMary Posted February 15, 2016 Author #11 Share Posted February 15, 2016 You can sign the form that kids 8 and older can sign themselves in and out. I thought it was 9. Has this changed? My son will be a few months shy of 9 on this upcoming cruise. I figured I would have to sign him in/out.
