Sushi on the Jewel

Is the sushi bar on the Jewel opened on embarkation day?

I'd think it would open in the evening, but not during embarkation lunch.

 

I kept forgetting there was a sushi bar, but for some reason, cruise ship sushi doesn't seem all that appetizing to me. :p

We are leaving THIS Sunday and I was wondering if the sushi bar is open for lunch AND on in port days? I see it's "a la carte" so different pricing structure then other specialty restaurants where you pay one price?
