Any definite dates on the Valor getting the 2.0 upgrades?

Its a 2 week drydock. Last week of April through first week of May

Is the Valor getting the reg 2.0 upgrades like Guys, Iguana's etc?

I wouldn't count on certain upgrades until it actually has them. Miracle was supposed to get Guys and blue Iguana, but ended up not getting them.

Exactly! The Victory didn't get the "full 2.0" upgrades either.... :o
