Chankanaab Dolphin Swim Question

This may be a stupid question but since I've never been to Chankanaab, I wanted to be sure... If just my husband and son are doing the dolphin swim, is there a place where I can stand to watch and take pictures?

Sorry, Amy. That's how they get the exorbitant prices they do for their "professional" photos - they don't let you anywhere near to take pictures of your own. If you want to have photos to remember your swim, you have to buy theirs.

DH and DD were able to bring waterproof cameras and take pictures of each other. I tried but wasn't able to get very good ones even though I zoomed in. I had to stand too far away. I would just pick up a cheap waterproof camera and send it with them. DH said it was difficult but they did get some decent ones. This was a few years ago though so it might be different now.
