NCL Jade Mid Eastern Cruise Review

We just returned from the Mid Eastern Cruise on the Jade (round trip from Venice) and it was a wonderful cruise. We opted to include the 3 day pre-cruise add-on so we could experience Venice and area. We were met at the airport by a local coordinator and took the water taxi to our hotel, which was right on the canal. Included tours (Giouli was the guide and she did a great job) were of Venice, Murano, Burano and Torcello islands and plenty of free time to do our own exploring. NCL provided transfers from the hotel to the ship and boarding was a breeze. The Jade at one time was (I think) Pride of the Pacific and has not changed the décor from Hawaiian theme. Hopefully, that will be done in the near future. Our ports were Dubrovnik and Split Croatia, Kusadasi, Turkey and Athens, Greece. We had booked private tours at each port and all met our expectations. We have always found that staff members on the cruise ships are very attentive and the food was adequate. If anyone is thinking about taking this cruise next year and have any questions, please ask and I will try to assist in any way.
