VOIP - The same old question....

I will be sailing on Anthem in April 2016 and was wondering if the ship allows VOIP to be used? Whilst I expect the service to be a bit patchy at times, any VOIP ability would be better than none.

 

Also, my phone provider allows me to send and receive SMS and phone calls via Wifi, and was wondering if anyone has been able to successfully able to achieve this whilst on the Anthem or Quantum.

 

(And before people tell me not to use Roaming on the ship and that I should set my phone to flight mode, I already know this, and that isn't the question!!)
