Seltzer On Board?

I've looked at the descriptions of drink packages, and I couldn't find a mention of Seltzer. I do see Club Soda, but it's not the same (although I'm amazed at how many people think it is the same).

 

We'll generally have only one drink, maybe 2 a day, and that is a Martini. Rest of the time, just Seltzer - maybe 2 - 3 glasses a day. That's it for drinking, so don't really think a drink package is necessary.

 

However, can't determine 1 - If they even have Seltzer on Board (how can they not - it's the soda water at the bar), and 2 - Do they charge for just a glass of soda water?

There is Pellegrino, Perrier and Aqua Panna on board (the latter is hard to find. i believe i found it only at the Tuscan GRill)

You can order a glass of seltzer from the bar, and yes, they charge for it. Same price as for any other soda.
