Transferring OBC to other family members

I will be travelling with my brother and his wife. We will be in separate cabins with separate sea pass accounts. I have purchased OBC for myself and I am wondering if I will be able to transfer some of my OBC to my brother as a surprise.

Has anyone recently been able to transfer their refundable OBC to someone else onboard?

Yes just go to guest services and they will do it. I did it last year with no problem
