Price Drop - Breeze

Can anyone tell me how price drops work? We booked the Breeze in March 2016 through a TA and the total fare dropped about $200. I'm not sure what "deal" we booked (Early Saver etc), but how are price drops usually handled if it happens before final payment? Does it just come off the final amount or is it "paid back" in OBC?

I will call the TA in the morning...just curious though.

Thanks!

It is really going to depend on what you booked. If you booked a standard rate, they simply lower the fare. You are 100% right though that you'll need to work through the TA. CCL won't even touch it for you.
