Recently at Samba Grill

I am looking for someone who has recently eaten at Samba Grill on Allure of the Seas. My wife will eat steaks all day long. I don't touch it. My question is this.

 

Will I be able to find any type of fish and say roasted veggies and/or salads at Samba?

 

Second: If you had to choose would you pick Samba Grill or 150 Central Park.
