Vonage ON NCL Getaway

Has any one used the Vonage Ext App On the NCL Getaway to make phone calls?

The Internet is so slow and spotty Vonage would be virtually impossible. Except when in port. When in port the ship uses land based repeaters so the signal strength is much faster. Other than that try and try and find internet at the ports. Ask the crew. They know where the good free internet spots are. You may have to buy a drink or snack of some sort to get a code.
