Can I Upgrade even after final payment

We booked about 2 weeks ago and paid in full since our cruise is 11/29 on the Jewel. I booked a GTY INT since it was a great price . Now im thinking I should have sprung for the Balcony since it is our anniversary. Can I still upgrade and pay the difference? Our room was already assigned if that matters.

Just call and ask most of the times you can pay the increased difference and you are all set

No reason why you can't try. Give them a call and see what happens. It has worked out fine for many in the past!

Ask. We got upgraded from inside to ocean view free of charge after final payment. Just have to try.

There really should be no problem. If you look through our roll call (I am on the same sailing as you), you will see that a few of us mentioned we upgraded at one point or another (all after final payment).
