Can I Upgrade even after final payment

We booked about 2 weeks ago and paid in full since our cruise is 11/29 on the Jewel. I booked a GTY INT since it was a great price . Now im thinking I should have sprung for the Balcony since it is our anniversary. Can I still upgrade and pay the difference? Our room was already assigned if that matters.

No reason why you can't try. Give them a call and see what happens. It has worked out fine for many in the past!
