Lots of questions about RCCL eGift cards (Long Post)

I have the opportunity to redeem wellness points earned by my health insurance plan on a $200 RCCL eGift card by the end of the year. I was wondering if it can be combined with any of the sales events (Tuesday sales, BOGO, etc.). It's for new bookings only (no problem). A couple of odd things I've noticed--1) it's a $200 card & RCCL personally does not sell that denomination. 2) their own gift cards have different terms and conditions (see below).

While I'm at it maybe someone has answers.

1) Can eGift cards be used with MyVegas Rewards (such as OBC or % off)?

2) Do they work with Verizon Rewards Gift Certificates (in which you pay $90 for a $100 gift certificate).

3) Combinable with Shareholder Credit?

If anyone has had experience "stacking" offers please share. Thanks!
