What to do with Teenagers from 1pm-4pm?

We are planning on doing the Segway 2hour tour but unsure what to do prior. We dock from 1-8pm. But according to the segway website they start at 10am, 1pm, & 4pm. Obviously we wont make the 10am, but highly unlikely we will make the 1pm, so figured on the 4pm Tour.

 

Any ideas on what we can do with our 17yr old and 13yr old boys? Maybe somewhere to grab an authentic Puerto Rican snacks/drinks? Or place to explore and grab a few Tshirts and souvenirs before we Segway?
