Getaway stairway access to Haven?

We have stayed in the Haven on the Jewel class ships and preferred taking the stairs up instead of the slower elevator. There is a key-card only stair access door on the Jewel and the Pearl directly in front of the elevators. Is the layout the same on the Getaway?

The access doors (on two decks) are very close to the fwd stairwells and elevators. We had a spa suite on deck 14 and walked the stairs to deck 16 to go to Haven many times.

 

No elevators/stairs actually go to Haven.
