I am Going to be on the Carnival Spirit in November. I am leaving on Thanksgiving. Has anyone out there been on the ship? If so, how is it?

We sailed on the Spirit this past January. It is a nice size ship - not as big as some. It is easy to get around on. We found the service to be good as well as the food both in the dining room and Lido deck - I particularly liked the deli on the Lido deck. If you have more specific questions, I will try to answer them.

We did this cruise last March and had a great time.In Acapulco go on the acapulco beach break( open bar)Look for Edwardo and his freind, they are ususally to the right of the taped off area, they give great parasail rides and sea-doo rides for reasonable prices and are safe.Do alot of bartering with the locals you can get some neat stuff for cheap. In Ixtapa we did the island getaway,it was cold and rough seas so we didn't do much, but in Manzinnillo....we did the snorkelling, amazing absolutely amazing...lots of fish no jelly fish just an awesome time( open bar on the way back)

Hope this helps
