Fulton Garage in New Orleans

I understand that there are porters at the garage for your luggage when you park. My question is, do you still have access to your car later? We plan on parking the car, getting rid of luggage, then meeting some folks for breakfast/lunch prior to boarding the Dream. We really don't want to lug our carry on bags with us, so we want to return to the car.

 

I know I could eat on the ship, but I have the opportunity to reconnect with a cousin I have not seen in 30 years. The restaurant we will meet at is not too far away from the ship. (Mother's)

You can park your car and come back to get your baggage with no problem. They provide a shuttle service to the port and back upon return. Also if you want to take a little tour throught Mardi Gras right by the port when you return from the cruise, you can store your bags in your vehicle. Fulton garage shuttle will drop you off and pick you back up once your done looking around Mardi Gras. At least that is what they did las time we were there a year ago.
