Has anyone used this company for private tours in Santiago/Valpariaso?

I am planning to after our cruise ends on Feb 5.

Just booked a pre cruise package with them. 2 nights in Santiago and 1 night in Vina del Mar plus city tour of Santigao, Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. All private tour and transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to pier.

We did likewise, and I was impressed with their response and tour options. We're touring two wineries, Santiago, Vina del Mar, and Valparaiso.

What dates did you book for? We're on the 1/3/06 Insignia cruise and have booked tours for 1/1, 1/2, and 1/3.
