alyssthebeast Posted December 5, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 5, 2015 So we just booked the getaway for thanksgiving week next year. We are very excited and will be the first cruise with our baby! He will be 14 months old when we sail. We have been on getaway before (pre baby) and loved it. Any suggestions for bringing the baby? Any "must haves"? Thanks in advance! RuthlessBoss Posted December 5, 2015 #5 Share Posted December 5, 2015 You must leave your mind open for some disappointments if you plan everything out. Your cruise experience will totally revolve around the child's physical needs and that child's moods.;) It's not like being at home.
hunterjackson Posted December 5, 2015 #6 Share Posted December 5, 2015 snacks. be sure to bring some goldfish, raisins, or whatever. we took an 18 month a couple years back, 18 month and 3 year earlier this year, and about to sail with a 2yr old and special needs 4 yr old. count what you are using every day in your home and be sure to add about 25% for overage. good to bring some extra baby wipes for cleaning hands and eveything like that. bring infants tylenol, stomach meds, and whatever you might need that you use at home. we love cruising with our kids and wouldn't have it any other way.
