Second City and Last Night Reservations?

Hi all. 90 days out as of today. Booked specialty dining and entertainment. However, the Second City was not listed as bookable entertainment at all. Is this normal? Can we not book that in advanced and have to wait on line? Also, specialty dining was available to book for every day except the last night. Why is that?

What ship are you going on? For my upcoming Escape cruise we could book specialty restaurants for every night, including the last night. As for the comedy shows they have to be reserved once you get on the ship.
