Is it possible to find a zip line tour at the pier? My DH, DS and girlfriend want to zip line only, no cave tubing. Due to the tender issues with the NCL Jade right now they prefer to just arrange something at the pier as opposed to booking somethings in advance.

Yes. You can find local vendors with signs waiting on other passengers who might take you. Also, outside the Tourism Village, where the tenders dock there are lots of hawkers for local tours. Can't opine on how good they are.

 

For cavetubing alone, you shouldn't have any difficulty arranging a local vendor in advance. So check zip line reviews here and contact a couple of the better guide companies that might meet your needs. If you set it up as a private tour, they'll wait for you. Just don't get up at noon and expect to do anything like this. Tender frequency depends on 1) number of ships in port with you and 2) how far out your ship has to anchor.
