Trip Insurance Questions

A couple of trip insurance questions:

1. Do any of the travel policies cover for the private arrangements one would make for either a transfer or a tour of a port? i.e. an injury or accident occuring during either of these activities

2. Is the only objection to Oceania’s policy that it does not cover should Oceania experience financial problems?

In our case it would be considerably less expensive if we coupled Oceania’s insurance with a high dollar medical evacuation policy that would be in effect for a full year.

What am I missing?
