Does celebrity allow passengers to leave the ship/ port after check in? This is for a cruise out of San Juan with departure at 8:00pm. Also, can a family under same reservation check in at different times? Thanks.

Yes and Yes.

 

As you leave the ship, they will tell you the latest time to be back on board,

in addition to which the time is typically posted by the exit as you leave.

 

They want you back before the muster drill, which is usually scheduled for 45 minutes before the ship's scheduled departure time.
