Best whale watching excursion (and other excursion help)

Our August 12-19 RCCL from Vancouver to Seattle offers the following whale watching excursions, can anyone help me pick the best of the lot (our budget only allows for one)?

- whale and mammal watching cruise, or whales/brown bear search on a catamaran, icy straight point

- discover alaska's whales - Juneau

- Mendenhall Glacier, Whale Watching & Wildlife Quest - Juneau

 

Also, are any of the following worth doing (2 active adults, 2 teenage boys)?

- Misty Fjords & Wilderness Explorer, KETCHIKAN, ALASKA

- sied dog trips in Skagway (white pass railroad or klondike summit)
