Fan-ta-Sea St. Kitts catamaran excursion question?

I booked this tour on an RCI cruise this Spring for my mom and I. She is 70 and agile, but can't swim. I know she won't be able to snorkel, but can she get to the beach in Nevis? Does the boat pull up on the beach or do you have to swim to shore? She isn't afraid and likes water, but just can't swim. Thanks! (I posted on St. Kitts forum too).

Lawgirl. I did this excursion almost 4 years ago. I had a bad hip (had it replaced right after the cruise) and did not have any issues getting to the beach. The catamaran has a stairway that they drop in the surf and you have to wade ashore. Crew is super helpful and will assist her if she needs it. Have fun!
