Lucayan National Park

We will be arriving in Freeport next month. We would like to go to this National Park while we are there. How far is it from the cruise terminal? Will there be taxis there to take us and is it easy to get a taxi back to the cruise terminal. Thanks for any advice.

It's quite a ways from the cruise terminal. Is it offered as a shore excursion? Should be a Lucayan National Park/Gold Rock Beach combo. I would consider that if it's not too pricey.
