FZ-200/300 and floatplane photos

havoc315 had good tips for using the A6000 for floatplane photos here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=48705135&postcount=542

What would be good settings for an FZ-300 (or -200) in a similar photo situation? The sensor and lens are different so aperture settings will likely be different than the A6000.

We're scheduled to do a Misty Fjord flightseeing trip this spring in Alaska (from Ketchikan). We're also scheduled for a small boat excursion in Tracy Arm fjord.

I'd like to get good pictures on each excursion. Any suggestions are appreciated.
