It's been down more than up and when it is working things that should be available are not (soda packages) and things that shouldn't be available are. Because we are a guarantee cabin, they said E-Docs are available either 1) when the cabin is assigned, or 2) 30 days prior to cruising (not the usual 60), which ever is earlier.
