GOLDENBONNY Posted January 15, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2016 Are there kids menus in the MDR or the specialty restaraunts? If anyone has pictures of this can you let me know. Thanks Its all depend what you mean by kids menu . If regular american junk menu so yes. They do have it .Macaroni and cheese ,pizza and hot dog available in any restaurant. Other wise food is fantastic and no problem to ask to adjust any dish , or not to put some ingredient if you kid dose not like it.
smallfry74 Posted January 15, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted January 15, 2016 Thanks for your reply. I have a gluten allergy as well but I believe I read they do accomodate for that.
tomvet Posted January 15, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2016 The kids menu is better than an American Junk menu. They have pasta and tomato sauce, grilled chicken and mashed potato, fish gougons in addition to burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets and chips! For some reason, there is a fairly high incidence of coeliac in Italy.
Savarra Posted January 17, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 17, 2016 We sailed in yacht club so it may be different, but my kids completely disregarded the menu and just talked to the waiter each night and asked nicely if they could have what they wanted that night. The amazing staff always made it happen. They usually ordered salmon (plain), shrimp (plain), or pasta (again - plain). My kids like good food. They just don't like sauces or food mixed together. They were 8 and 10 when we sailed last year.
GOLDENBONNY Posted January 18, 2016 #7 Share Posted January 18, 2016 Thanks for your reply. I have a gluten allergy as well but I believe I read they do accomodate for that. For sure they do . Just talk to your waiter and every day they will provide you with gluten free menu. You will have to order it day before.
mairead224 Posted January 18, 2016 #8 Share Posted January 18, 2016 My girls never worked off the kids menu and just chopped and changed from the main menu. Waiters were very accommodating.
