Discover Mexico Cozumel Park

We are taking a 5 day cruise next week. The ship docks in Cozumel on Wed. We have been to the city several times and did the Chaanakab swim with dolphins, and tour of the city. We thought about a tour to Tulum but the reviews are mostly negative, list too commercial.

What are the reviews for the Discover Mexico Cozumel Park?

Is it recommended to take a taxi to and from the park?

Discover Mexico is a theme park. Sounds like that would be all commercial. Tulum is pretty good. Like it so much been there twice. Don't know what you mean by commercial. It is Mayan ruins that have been excavated. There are some shops and stuff near the entrance which you can totally ignore.

It's theme is Mexican culture with models of Mayan life, a small museum of artifacts, a fun Margarita Bar and some cultural demonstrations. Unless you are doing the Jose Cuervo Tequila experience (which is great) it's worth no more than 90 minutes of your time. Definitely take a cab.
