Lil2Angelic Posted April 8, 2016 #26 Share Posted April 8, 2016 Haven't seen any Pack n Plays in quite awhile either We just got off a premier cruise 2 weeks ago on the Conquest......I keep reading people say Oh the casinos jam packed etc etc Personally on my last 2 premier cruises I don't think the casino was packed at all. Always seats open at tables with the exception of Ultimate Texas Holdem. Which there was only 1 table so sometimes a wait Slots were always open and the Babies machines that everyone says is normally standing room only even on regular cruises were like a ghost town on the premier cruise......My Mother in Law hit $1,700 on one the first night and $2,500 on another one the 2nd day There were only 2 nights I'd actually say that were very busy in the casino compared to most Also service was excellent......very few times had to wait for a drink and most times there were multiple servers asking who needed drinks Have fun and Good Luck Wow! Congrats to your MIL! That's awesome! Great to hear you all had a wonderful cruise! Thank you so much for your input!

surfergirl15 Posted July 14, 2016 #28 Share Posted July 14, 2016 I found Carnival to be very accommodating regarding our BB cruise. The person we spoke with was super!
pusywillow Posted July 14, 2016 #29 Share Posted July 14, 2016 What is a "Babies" machine? I was thinking the same thing. What is this machine? Please explain. Thanks!
surfergirl15 Posted July 14, 2016 #30 Share Posted July 14, 2016 It is the most fun machine I have ever played on. It has an Asian name and I cannot remember it. It has several bonus features and I won a lot of money on it every night I played. When we got off the ship in New Orleans we spent the night in Biloxi and I played it at one of the hotels and won $150. in just a few minutes. JennyD1 Posted July 15, 2016 #31 Share Posted July 15, 2016 I was thinking the same thing. What is this machine? Please explain. Thanks! The name of the slot machine is "Fu Dao Le". You can bet as low as 38 cents and as much as $8.88 per spin. They are a lot of fun. You can google it and you can see the actual machines and how they pay. You can win any jackpot at anytime, playing any denomination.

sandkps Posted July 30, 2016 #33 Share Posted July 30, 2016 I play blackjack only. No slots. I was told that i don't get points. that my offers and comps are based in win/loss. Does anyone here who only plays blackjack know if they have points?? My husband & I are BJ players only (but he's the big player, I just pass the time with him playing minimum hands, LOL) and I've been told table play is calculated based on time spent at the table & average bet. It's not based on points like at the slots, but it is possible to get good comps even from table play. Our past 3 cruises have been booked using some really great casino rates, which came with some free chips. On our last cruise in May my husband received his DOU card the first full day, wine, chocolate covered strawberries, steakhouse dinner for 2, and a BB (free cruise offer) - which we are going on in 3 weeks. Just yesterday he emailed the casino to ask if he's elegible for a DOU card or any other comps upon boarding this next cruise and was told he'd receive a pretty nice monetary comp upon arrival, hopefully that will be in addition to the chips he got an email about a couple of weeks ago. After he got his email I sent one asking if I was elegible, but I get nada. Lol. Not surprising since I've never even earned a DOU card before, but thought it was worth asking. Haha Surprisingly, though, we BOTH received premier offers, which we can combine. Even though the rates are close to full fare, the cash we'll receive almost covers the cost of the cruise! So anyway, that's my long winded response about comps & table play! Good luck!
cruzn buckeye Posted July 30, 2016 #34 Share Posted July 30, 2016 my daughter and i were on a cruise last year... on day 2 she got the dou card, and they comped some of my drinks. On day 3, i got my dou card:) We spent hours and hours in the casino, and were also given steakhouse , with free bottle of wine, our choice, and strawberries. I also came out a winner:D Loved the casino staff on the Breeze! Lots of fun, and very generous. I do have a very nice casino rate i am booked under, not premier. but still, very nice rate. We didn't get a BB offer. I did ask if we had any comps such as dou card for next cruise. They said they didn't have any pre-boarding comps for me. But i do have 100 dollars in funchips coming:). I had booked under the funchips offer on that cruise too. I was told in the email comps are based on win / loss.
