Planning on driving down morning of the cruise on grandeur of the seas. I'm trying to find out if it is an open air parking lot since we have a roof box.

Driving down from where? This is for this Sunday's sailing (1/24/16)?

 

Baltimore County is now under a Blizzard Watch from Friday noon through Saturday. I don't know about Baltimore weather, but DC is predicting a very slow thaw on Sunday, after probably 36 hours where they're suggesting it will be unsafe to be on the roads.

 

I'd keep a very close eye on the weather and the road conditions!
