questions on ncl credit card and points

on the breakaway last november i signed up for 4 cruises to get double points on my card. we've scheduled a cruise out of tampa for 2017. have not scheduled any others yet. if i didn't schedule any more am i penalized or i just won't get my double points. they've only taken the deposit of 500 for my tampa cruise.

If you have a Bank of America NCL card you get double points on all NCL charges.

I realize that. i'm wondering if i can get out of the other 3 i haven't booked yet. not sure if will or will not book. want to know before checking with ncl.
