Falmouth Walking Tour options

We will be in Falmouth on the RCCL IOTS in feb. We are coming from Canada and with the crappy exchange rate we are just wanting inexpensive things to do in Falmouth . Is there a walking tour that you can do without booking through the ship that would be just as good but not cost as much as booking with RCCL ?? Thanks in advance
