Is it practical, both as far as money and time goes to just hop a cab to Maho, then when done a cab to Marigot, then a cab back? Have been on the island tour in past. This time we just want to do maho, Marigot, and Philipsburg.

Any better ideas?

You may want to head to Marigot first as the larger jets come in around noon. Also many shops are closed in Marigot from 1-3 so if shopping is on your agenda the morning is better for that as well.

Thank you for the suggestion on Marigot.

Is it practical to think you can catch a cab at all of these stops vs. hiring a driver for the day?

Absolutely. In Marigot there is a taxi stand at the ferry station where the ferry goes to Anguilla. It is near the market. Maho has taxis circulating as it is very popular with cruisers.
