Specialty restaurant reservations, NCL Getaway

Could someone please tell me where in 'My NCL' do I find a link to make reservations for specialty restaurants and shows, and how far ahead I can do this? Thank you!

100 days before sailing for suites and Haven guests, 90 days for all others. Go to myncl and there is a dining button to pick directly or you can do it from one of the day tabs on the vacation planner.
