We just booked 4124. We had 4127 last year and lived it. I went with 4124in hopes of seeing a bit more sky since its closer to the gap between the boats. After I booked it, I read a review that the sound from the Piana Bar was really bad. Any input on this?

We're usually up late, but I am a light sleeper.

I stayed in Dec, the only time it was noticeable was between 10 pm-12, when there was Kareoke. Some people sang really loud, shouting, otherwise no problem, heard nothing else. Rm 4122 the door is permanently sealed, you can't open the door but the view is good.

Guessing you read the review on the CC deck plans? Looks like someone on the NYE sailing didn't do enough research when booking their cabin, sounds like it was a family in 4124 that went to bed early and was kept awake by the piano bar till 12:30am on the nights it was open. You know yourselves better than we do, if you plan to be out and about every night past 12:30am, maybe even at the piano bar, than it's a great cabin. But, if you like to get to bed early I would try to change to a different 4k, maybe a little further back above the fun shops.

We stayed in 4195 2 years ago on the pride and we had a great view between the life boats and it was very quiet.
