HUB App at dry dock?

Carnival Magic is scheduled to go to dry dock this month and receive several upgrades. Can anyone tell me if Carnival has been adding the HUB App capability at this time as well? We are scheduled to depart on April 3rd and would love to try out the app! Thanks in advance!!

I asked John Heald on his Facebook page and he said the Hub will not be added to the Magic during dry dock
