My wife and I will be in Cozumel in late March. Are there any high end luxury resorts or beach clubs that offer day passes?

You may find some of the hotels offering day passes, but the most popular AI beach club on this board that meets your desires is likely Nachi Cocom. All inclusive (food/drinks) for $55 each and limited to 100 guests per day. Small pool, nice beach, great service/food/drinks.

I just came back from the Carnival Paradise and spent the day at the Occidental Grand. Booked in advance with http://www.cozumeldaypasses.com and the resort was perfect. Beautiful grounds, pools, beaches, and Iguanas just lounging in the shady palm tree by the pool. They have a buffet style lunch at a restaurant on the beach, drinks are readily available. Poolside and Beach Side service. It was $60 for the day. About a 15 minute ride from the Puerta Maya port. Taxi rate is about $8 per person one way. When you're ready to head back to the ship just let the front desk know and they'll call you a taxi.
