MizDemeanor Posted February 11, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 11, 2016 Hello Who do we contact once on board to secure an onboard cabana in the vibe area? Which desk? Thanks in advance.
ncklhaus Posted February 11, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 11, 2016 Go directly to Guest Services as soon as you get on board. Vibe tends to sell out fast, so you really want to try and be in the first boarding groups.
City Island Cruiser Posted February 11, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 11, 2016 Hello Who do we contact once on board to secure an onboard cabana in the vibe area? Which desk? Thanks in advance. Once you board the ship go immediately to the Guest Services desk - my experience has been that there is usally a representive "working the line" and directing passengers based on their needs to the correct staff. So you will be placed on a line at the counter area for Vibe passes. FYI - If possible avoid Cabana #1 - we found it a bit too noisy due to its location next to the hot tubs where there tends to be a lot of socialization - we had Cabana #3 the following time and that was great - we loved the Vibe and the staff was great :)

ecbs23 Posted February 19, 2016 #5 Share Posted February 19, 2016 How do the cabana rentals work? Do you rent them for a specific day/time?

Vibe tends to sell out fast, so you really want to try and be in the first boarding groups. Does getting to the NY terminal early mean you get in an earlier boarding group or do the Haven and Casino and others get the lowest numbers? We showed up one year before we could even get through security and didn't get a 1 or a 2, we were just put in a line and got whatever the woman had at her check in counter.
