Use of Steam and Sauna in Spa

Wondering if the locker rooms, showers and Dry or Wet Saunas in the Spa are available for use or if one needs to book a day pass or a treatment in order to use them.

yes they are on every ship we have been on. However, if the have a Cloud 9 Spa, there is a private area for members only. the steam in the public area is not coed, in the private spa, they are coed.

I enjoy a Sauna when I can get one, and was hoping to use the locker room to shower some days since I am sharing cabin with my 82 year old father.
