Concierge Service Expectations

We just changed staterooms from an II inside stateroom to a CC Oceanview Superior Stateroom. We noticed that concierge is available for us with this stateroom. Can someone fill me in on what we can expect as far as concierge services?

Each concierge is different, some more willing to help than others, but...they can make dinner, spa or excursion reservations for you, etc. You should feel free to call them and ask them about anything. Some bring treats-just depends.
